Eugene Breaux is an internationally known, award winning, advertising and commercial photographer based out of Miami, Florida, USA.

With over 35 years experience in the photographic and motion picture industry.

Eugene has studied under and worked along with Master Photographer and mentor Jay Werner, Photographer and Past President of PPA, George Halpen, and renowned Advertising Photographer Charles Vendetti.

Some of his guiding faculty and instructors, during his photographic education, were Victor Keppler, Richard Avedon, Richard Beattie, Joseph Costa, Arthur d'Arazien, Alfred Eisenstaedt, Harry Garfield, Philippe Halsman, Irving Penn, Bert Stern and Ezra Stoller.

In 1964 he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, his rating was PH - Photographers Mate, they serve as the Navy's professional photographers.

He Graduated from the Hartford Film School in 1970 and was an instructor there in 1971. He worked as a motion picture cameraman for Sound Arts Studios in 1972

He was photographer for the Federal Government, assigned to the City of Springfield in 1978

From 2002 to 2003 he was the photographer for Broward County Florida Marketing Department.

He has owned and operated photography studios in New Orleans La, Toronto Ca, and Springfield Ma.

He has studied at workshops and seminars in New York, Boston, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, New Orleans, and Toronto Canada.

He spent five years at Miami Dade College studying Digital Imaging, Advanced Photoshop and After Effects - Motion Graphics under the direction of scholarly Professor David Smith. He earned a 4.00 GPA for all seminars.

Eugene was a participant in the intensive, and professionally acclaimed "D65 Workshop of digital photography". It truly prepares the professional photographer for the digital world.

One year later Eugene was working on the team of the "D65 Workshop" in Miami, FL.

He is now the Director / Instructor of the "Light Study Pro" photographic Workshop for Emerging Professional Photographers in Miami, Florida

He has been giving Photographic and Motion Picture Workshops since 1972.
